Pete Family Shoot – The Spit, Gold Coast
Last week I had the honour of doing a family photo shoot from the always lovely, Always Josefa when she and her family came to the Gold Coast for a holiday. Here are a few images from our time together.
The Bird Family
Emily and I go way back to high school. I don’t even want to tell you how many years that is. But suffice it to say, our friendship that started on the bus after school has stuck like glue for several years, through lots of moves and life changes. It’s friends who you can always pick up where you left off with that are the absolute best ones.
Almost 7 years ago to the day, Emily and Jeremy got married and had some wedding photos taken at Miami Beach on the Gold Coast. So we headed back there Saturday afternoon – their first visit back since their wedding day – to get some shots of their beautiful family. Ethan and Avalyn certainly kept me on my toes. As did a howling wind and random popping balloons, but that’s a story for another day! Here are some shots from our shoot.

Anne and Ryan are more high school friends of mine that I’ve reconnected with through facebook. When they saw the pics of the Pykes, they were keen to jump in front of the camera for me, too! I had so much fun with the Kings! Cleo and Minty are that little bit older so were excited about having their photos taken! It made my job a little bit easier! Thanks guys, hope you love your pics!

To cut a very long story short, Matt and I went to kindy, primary school & high school together. 13 years after we graduated high school, I ran into Matt at a kids play center. Turns out our sons were now going to daycare together. Fast Forward a couple of years and they’re now at primary school together! The Gold Coast can really be a small town at times!
On the weekend I took some pics of Matt and his gorgeous family. Here’s a few of my faves!
